What's new and interesting.

So yeah somehow time is just flying by....wasn't christmas just last week? and somehow st patricks day is next week!

Maddy is just getting bigger and bigger, she is speaking in sentences now which is lots of fun.  Her favorite phrases are 

"what's wrong?"

"Daddio you so funny"

& " I want my ____" fill in the blank with whatever the need of the moment is :)

She did something so fun the other night, she was eating some minature gold fish crackers and decided that they would fit real well in her ears.  She had one going in one ear and one going out the other

You know how sometimes life just whips past and you can't remember the last time you relaxed?  That's pretty much how we're feeling right now.  John has had a crazy week with work and church reponsibilities, so much so that this morning he looked at me and said " i think this is the first time i've seen you this week when the sun was up"...the sad part was, it's true!

Maddy is growing so quickly and is changing everyday.  Right now she is testing out her emotions and cause and effect.  She has some new expressions that we are trying to wade our way though, she's not throwing fits per say but she does make her opinion known and we have had to resort back to time out boot camp in the evenings to keep on top of it!  She LOVES pretending to be a mommy and has 4 different babies that she plays with.  She's growing again physically so she takes really good naps (that's nice for mommy!)

There has been no movement on John's job front.  We are trying to be positive and hope that God's will is being done by him staying and doing what he is doing.  It is getting harder to imagine that this is where he is supposed to be though and hopefully something will turn around soon!

Where did December go?

ahhh did it really happen?  Did 2008 end?  December came and went and i wasn't even able to blink an eye!

We had a great christmas and new years.  Maddy was a real trooper through all the holiday hoopla.  The following pictures say it all
